Jimmy John's - Springfield

If I could give this Jimmy John’s 10 stars I would! I had a catering order from Olive Garden cancel 15 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered. Jimmy John’s bailed me out by having sandwiches delivered for 40 people within an hour of ordering. Thank you!!

I'm sure with this review the guys here will know who I am. I am new to Missouri and new to the facility I work at, Meyer Orthopedic, and every time I have ordered from here I get a delivery driver unlike I've ever had back at home, Oklahoma City. They are so nice when I try to explain how to find me. Never have gotten any kind of attitude or irritability when I, myself, am trying to find my way and explain to them where I am when delivering. And my order is always right! By far my favorite JJ!! Thanks guys!!

Little pricey for some basic subs but they are good. Got a platter (18) they were smaller than i would have hoped and the roast beef was not that good but all the others we tried were good. Though, I prefer the firehouse subs for just an meal. For a party, this was not the most expensive and still had some pretty good food. My gf is pregnant and she loves this place.

Staff was very friendly and patient too. I ordered a BLT and it was so very nice to be able to taste the bacon.

We try and try to make this relationship work, but like an abusive relationship, we've been hurt one too many times and must speak out. We love Jimmy Johns, but this location is terrible... they rarely get our order right, which can be forgiven every once in a while, but not every time... Tonight's Order A Vito with no Mayo, add Jimmy's peppers An Italian night club, no Mayo, add Jimmy's mustard What we received 2 Vitos, one with Mayo, both with Jimmy's peppers, and none with mustard.... I'm also 90% certain I saw the employee notice the mistake of adding Mayo and then continue making the sandwich anyways...
