I had a steak, potato and salad. But we also had the mussels which were fantastic! And some popper thing that I forgot the name that was definitely melt in your mouth appetizer. Our waiter was Colton, I think... And he was attentive, efficient, professional, and I'll ask for him again next time. This is a high class place.

Special occasion to casual dinner, highly recommend. Salad bar a must, steaks and sides executed perfectly.

I also got bacon-wrapped shrimp, and she had chef's vegetable choice and a sweet potato. The prices were what you'd expect, or what you SHOULD come to expect at Jimm's. Their service, atmosphere, and delicious food are worth every penny, every time. My steak was cooked medium, my girlfriend's medium-rare. Our steaks were perfect and you could tell the difference between other steakhouses. Jimm's had wonderful (if not a tad bit boozy cocktails. The waitress we had was an absolute peach, and the entire restaurant is my favorite place to be on a Friday night. You don't even have to be hungry first, just go. They'll have something you'll absolutely love! They covered our concerns on dietary restrictions, they covered our concerns about how we liked things cooked, and they are happy to answer any questions. (Even over the phone!! If I were you, and you're looking for a wonderful dinner for that special someone in your life, I would bee-line to Jimm's. Just call and get a reservation first, they're popular for a reason!!! My final note is the fact that the restaurant and it's staff find a perfect balance between a romantic setting, and a casual setting, making this the perfect place for a first date, a second date, an anniversary, a meeting location for business, or almost anything else you could want. This place embodies great food service, and I believe you'll feel that too, the minute you sit down.

Although it was late and they were out of prime rib, I got the bourbon steak and it was excellent. Steaks perfectly cooked. Drinks were fantastic. We asked the bartender to customize the cucumber margaritas with some heat. She came toour table to discuss it with us. Very attentive staff all around. We are new to the area so got some great suggestions from ourserver, a fellow 80's rocker, on great places to try in the area. We have eaten out a lot in the transition and had a favoriteplace back in Kansas. This one is fitting the bill. This will be a frequent place to return to. Finally, that salad bar. No onehas these anymore. Fresh ingredients and stocked even at the later hour we were there. This place is worth your stop. It is onthe pricier side but you get value for that the minute you walk in the door, soft lighting, good atmosphere, attention todetail. I do lots of reviews and give very few 5 star ratings. This deserves it hands down!
