Or new cook? I loved Jack Chen II when it first opened years ago, but it seemed like the years passed, so the passion for serving good quality food. I ordered a Pu-Pop cellar from here a day because my normal Chinese spot is on vacation and EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! No burned ribs, everything was freshly roasted, the rice had good texture and taste! Idk was yah do differently Jack Chen II but keep it going!
