We made reservations after a manager came into my store and said they were taking reservations. My wife made the reservation for 7:30pm. We get there at 7:15pm and was told that they were not taking reservations by the hostess. I 've been going there since you opened. We have had birthday reservations, anniversaries, etc. Last birthday we were seated and forgotten and had to tell someone nobody after waiting for 45 minutes. Stuff happens but not again. Your hostesses were also rude. One of them said stop answering the phones! They will stop calling then. I 've literally spent thousands of dollars at this location and I have the receipts to prove it. I will never go back again.
