Best Barria Tacos around! Nice people and fast service. Also moved from Phoenix and hands down this is the best authentic Mexican spot we have found in the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek area. Most places claim ?authentic? but don?t even come close. El Tacois a must try!!
Highly rated with the locals, for me it was just alright, tacos were OK, salsa was pretty good though!
I usually dont leave negative reviews (you can check in my profile) but felt like I should comment. So I felt like this restaurant was not the best. Felt like it was meh at best. Tortillas and chips tasted store bought. The flavor of the chickentacos was pretty good. The Bierra and steak tacos were a bit disappointing. I had really been looking to trying them. A bigpart of what decreased my satisfaction was the price. For the price you should get better quality and quantity. It was tooexpensive for what you get. Ive tried them two or three times and each time was disappointed and didnt think I got what I paidfor. So unfortunately, ill no longer go back.
There's a line every day. Everything I've tried is great. Birria tacos are amazing.
Super disappointed with my first experience here. Was very excited because I’ve heard great things so we ordered the hot Cheeto burrito, which is essentially just a ground beef burrito with cold slices of cheese on it. Very opposite of what was expected and for it to be $12 for the beef burrito is crazy. The tamales were really tasty but the smallest in size. Will be coming back to give the birria a try and see if maybe we just got the wrong thing but so far, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
