Medium pumpkin spice iced signature latte…. Phesh…. First it’s regular iced coffee…. When they do put the whipped cream…there is no toppings. Today was my darn last day at that location

The noise level in the mornings makes it... read more I would rate this place zero stars. They completely disregard your order and just serve whatever they assume you want. The noise level in the mornings makes it hard to focus on our requests. Even my simplest order—a medium pumpkin spice iced signature latte—was messed up; they gave me a regular iced coffee instead. When they do remember the whipped cream, they forget the toppings. Today was definitely my last visit to this location.
