As she was taking my order... read more I wish I could give a review individually to staff. The young girl that took my order was very pleasant and kind. Very professional! As she was taking my order there was extremely loud conversations within rest of staff. Too loud that we could barely hear each other. She kept apologizing. Then as I was sitting drinking my coffee and eating all I could hear was arguing and the B word here and there. Won’t be coming inside anymore!

Her beagle was burnt, when I was ordering the person on the drive thru speaker was very rude, I was rushed to order, and the person had given me a horrible attitude. On the receipt her name is Alyssa. When I asked for the manager to tell her how unpleasant my visit was they workers began to make a joke out of the situation and laugh about it. I will not be returning to this location.

The young woman who served me handed over my order, but unfortunately, she forgot to include a straw and napkins. When I asked for them, she came back to give them to me but walked away without saying anything. It seemed like she might be having a rough day, or perhaps she would be happier in a different role. I've been to this location before, and the staff has always been friendly, so this experience was a bit disappointing.
