When I got to the window, they gave me 1 cream and 10 sugars. The coffee was very hot and tasted burnt. I asked the girl to make it with 6 creams and 2 sugars as requested, but it still tasted like it had 10 sugars. She gave me attitude, and so did the manager. I will never visit again. The next cup she made was even worse, and I ended up throwing it in the trash. Thanks, Dunkin.

The young woman who served me handed over my order, but unfortunately, she forgot to include a straw and napkins. When I asked for them, she came back to give them to me but walked away without saying anything. It seemed like she might be having a rough day, or perhaps she would be happier in a different role. I've been to this location before, and the staff has always been friendly, so this experience was a bit disappointing.
