During the event, th... read more I hosted an event in the banquet hall on a Saturday night. I stayed in touch with the staff to ensure the head count and menu were correct. During the event, the staff made sure the buffet stations were constantly full and that we had everything we needed. They also worked with us very well in ensuring the layout was what we wanted. Management also only charged us for the exact number of people that showed up instead of the estimated number we provided (which was a higher number).My only critique would be of the carpet; it is dated and needs to be replaced with hardwood/tiles. This will not only make it easier to clean, but it will also be aesthetically pleasing.

May we had the Des Pardes catering service for the Nikah reception of our daughter for 100 guests. Although after the first booking, lack of reaction or communication, we had some stress. But on the day of the event we had an excellent experience with the Des pardes team. Time management and service were amazing. The food was delicious. We received many awards from the guests for excellent food and excellent service.

For us in the subway Washington area, the food was excellent; visited our guests from Houston, but TX had found a better quality food in their hometown. The ambience of the restaurant has improved much and has become more pleasant. The waitress needed either a training or was very tired. Although it's a long journey for us, I won't go back there.
