There was no salad available because it hadn't been pr... read more The customer service was disappointing. Instead of enjoying my meal, I spent the time feeling frustrated. There was no salad available because it hadn't been prepared, and there wasn’t much food left overall. My bowl was practically empty due to a lack of sufficient food preparation. I don't understand how a restaurant can have three employees and still not have the food ready, yet we still had to pay full price! I could understand if it were really busy, but it wasn't. To top it off, when I ordered a drink, I had to wait for a cup. The chicken was cold, and the avocado had a bad smell. I definitely won’t be returning to this restaurant.

During my last visit, there was no cheese available, and no effort was made to address the issue. My bowl was barely filled, the chips were stale, and I've noticed that they sometimes don’t accept cash. The quality and quantity of the food have deteriorated each time I go. I’ve decided that I won't be returning to Chipotle anymore.
