By the time I got home, which takes ten minutes, I basically had a pile of inedible mush. The tortillas were smashed together or mashed into the foil. They need to rethink packaging the soft tacos.

The food quality was lacking; there was hardly anything on my plate, and the guacamole, which I paid extra for, was hard and had bits of skin in it. Both my husband and I experienced intense stomach pain after dining here. I will never eat at Chipotle again.

There was no salad available because it hadn't been prepared, and there wasn’t much food left overall. My bowl was practically empty due to a lack of sufficient food preparation. I don't understand how a restaurant can have three employees and still not have the food ready, yet we still had to pay full price! I could understand if it were really busy, but it wasn't. To top it off, when I ordered a drink, I had to wait for a cup. The chicken was cold, and the avocado had a bad smell. I definitely won’t be returning to this restaurant.

During my last visit, there was no cheese available, and no effort was made to address the issue. My bowl was barely filled, the chips were stale, and I've noticed that they sometimes don’t accept cash. The quality and quantity of the food have deteriorated each time I go. I’ve decided that I won't be returning to Chipotle anymore.

I'm really not sure what has happened to the quality and flavor; both were quite subpar. To make matters worse, the chips were incredibly stale. I had a bad experience at the location near Lowe's, so I thought I’d give this one a try, hoping for better. Unfortunately, Chipotle has now fallen into the same category as McDonald's for me, and I won’t be coming back. I was so frustrated that I ended up throwing my food away before I could even take a photo. Such a waste of money.
