Chen's Chinese Restaurant in Springfield, NJ is a very good place for Chinese food. It isn't excellent, but it is good food. The restaurant is clean, our waitress was very polite and the service was prompt. The pork fried rice was very good. The sweet and sour pork was a good batter, but the pork was a little FATTY and hard to chew. Chicken chow mien was very tasty. Since Chen's is in a strip mall, there are a lot of parking spaces, which is convenient. I give Chen's 4 stars.

The food was outstanding, featuring a variety of vegetarian options, delicious fish dishes, and tasty noodles. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making for a great dining experience.
