I visited this gas station at 5:20, as the hours indicated it should be open, but it wasn't. While I understand that sometimes places close unexpectedly, it would be helpful to have accurate information posted online to prevent people from wasting their time driving there in the morning.
I ordered a Turkey Club from Casey's through their app, and I was disappointed. While most club sandwiches typically come with bacon, the bacon in mine was overcooked and burned. I expected it to be crispy, but not burnt. I used my Casey's rewards money and paid with my credit card, so I feel cheated. Casey's should either replace my sandwich or issue a refund.
The staff at Casey's were quite rude. It’s clear their attitude reflects the type of service you can expect there.
I wouldn’t recommend stopping for fuel at this station. When I visited, 10 out of 12 pumps were out of order and covered with white plastic bags. Additionally, I didn’t feel comfortable using the few pumps that were still working.
A recent visit to a local station reveals significant shortcomings. With 10 of 12 fuel pumps out of service and restrooms in disarray—marked by unpleasant odors and cleanliness issues—the experience is far from satisfactory. While the restaurant aspect offers good bagged ice, a selection of hard liquors, and pizza, the exterior is uninviting, and panhandlers frequent the parking lot. Inside, conditions improve, but broken drink machines further detract from the overall experience. Prospective patrons may want to reconsider stopping here until substantial improvements are made.

I enjoyed my experience at Casey's and decided to place a pickup order through the app. I ordered a Turkey Club sub, but unfortunately, the bacon was burnt instead of just crispy—a detail I didn't realize I had to specify. I used my Casey's cash and paid with my credit card, and now I feel quite cheated. I expected a better sandwich for my order. I have a 12-inch sub, and I've only eaten half of it as I wait for a response regarding this issue. It’s frustrating that I have to take the time to write this review and then go back to sort out getting a replacement or a refund. On a positive note, the deli counter staff was very nice, as they usually are, but I'm extremely disappointed with this food item. Casey's really needs to address this situation!
The restaurant offers good bagged ice, a decent selection of hard liquors, and pizza. However, there are many panhandlers in the parking lot, and the exterior of the restaurant is quite unappealing. On the bright side, the inside is fine. Unfortunately, the soda machine has been broken for months, and several of the drink pumps are also out of order.
The pizza was unpleasant and tasted old. There was no time or date on it. If I hadn't been pressed for time to return to work, I would have gone back to request a refund.
The men's restrooms are in very disappointing condition. There was an unbearable smell, and I discovered a to-go cup filled with urine right next to the toilet. Keeping that area clean should not be too challenging!

Convenience stores should have functioning soda machines with ice! Why does it take so long to get this issue fixed again? The coffee machines are always empty. There is no customer service to speak of. Please address these issues, it's not that difficult!
