Literally am a customer for many years....we finally had a person that cared,and was amazing at her job, I watched as she was fired tonight.....I literally was and am ready to shop elsewhere now. This girl went above and beyond to not only be kind and ask about my family but knew when something was off with Mr. She was the best in customer service this company has had in years.the management is horrible at this location but she was a breathe of fresh air. My pizzas were always on time in the last few months. I'm concerned now that things are cold and off the man who helped me was rude and his hair was all over his face. This store has never been the cleanest but the few employees that were friendly are now gone..sad
Casey's on S. Scenic in Springfield, Missouri, is by far the worst Casey's I have ever visited. Ninety-nine percent of the time, their slushy machine is out of order, and they often lack ice and carbonation for their soda. The other night, I walked in and found both employees outside chatting with some people. When I approached the counter, the girl came in, cracked open the door, and said, "If all you need is soda, then you're good." Unfortunately, I was not good at all. They were out of cups and lids, the trash was overflowing, and even though there were customers inside the store, both employees seemed too preoccupied with their friends outside to attend to their duties. I must say, it’s usually not like this during the daytime!
2022.08.20 1445h. As I was standing between my vehicle and a fuel pump, preparing to purchase two gallons of gasoline to fill a jerry can, a man on a bicycle accosted me to panhandle. White skin, white T-shirt, black hair, black mustache, black beard. He held a lit cigarette with his mouth. My jerry can was open and emitting gasoline vapors. I retreated from the man, carrying the jerry can with me in an effort to prevent ignition of the gasoline vapors and consequent personal injury and property damage. The man on the bicycle pursued me all the way around my vehicle. At this point I regarded the man as a threat to my safety. I aborted the purchase, reentered my vehicle, and fled the premises. I now consider Store 2034 too dangerous to patronize.
The night staff needs to learn better customer service was charged 13 dollars for a pack of cigarettes and 3 one liter's of soda cashier was rude when I asked why he was charging me so much I said to him to use my reward balance he didn't also didn't credit my rewards for the stuff I just got this location never seems credit my rewards account but every other location dose ? I suggest you fix this location before you start losing a lot of business July 20 2022 update tried to contact Casey 5 time about this nothing came of it yet so don't know what going to happen

I 've ordered pizza from this location two times. Both times it has been messed up or extremely late. Today on my order they left out a pizza on the order. No apology, no discount, nothing. Just a we were really busy . The pizza was on the order, so being busy doesn 't have anything to do with it. I also have been here since I placed the order and they were not busy enough for the cashier to get several smoke breaks in. Learned my lesson. Stay away from this joke of a Casey 's. They get so busy they just exclude parts of your order.
Got a hair in my pizza one time. Called in to speak to a manager about getting another one and the lady hung up on me!! I wasn't rude, they just have the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. CARELESS. EVERY TIME I GO IN THERE. GO TO THE CHESTNUT LOCATION UP THE STREET IF YOU WANT GREAT SERVICE, PEOPLE, PIZZA, ANYTHING. The difference is like day and night and it's an extra minute out of your way. P.S. there is ONE guy at the scenic location that's really nice but everyone else is pretty much rude or unhelpful. Not impressed.
On August 20, 2022, at 2:45 PM, I was preparing to buy two gallons of gas at a pump near my car when an aggressive man on a bike approached me. He was white, wearing a white t-shirt, and had black hair and a black beard, with a lit cigarette in his mouth. Feeling uneasy and concerned for my safety, I instinctively moved away from him. Despite my efforts to distance myself, he followed me around my car, which intensified my feelings of insecurity. Ultimately, I decided not to make my purchase, quickly got back into my car, and left the area. Due to these safety concerns, I will not be returning to store 2034.
The evening staff at this restaurant needs to enhance their customer service. I was charged $13 for a pack of cigarettes and $3 for a liter of soda. When I inquired about the high prices, the cashier was rude and failed to apply my rewards points to the purchase. Additionally, my rewards account did not appear to be updated. I suggest they address these issues before they start losing customers. Since July 20, 2022, I have attempted to reach out to Casey five times for an update, but I have not received any response. It seems like they may not prioritize their customers' satisfaction.
Casey's is my favorite place to satisfy my pizza cravings! Whenever I'm in the mood for a delicious slice of pepperoni pizza, this is where I go. The only downside is that occasionally, they don't have pizza available when you arrive, and their hamburger or sausage options just don't stack up.

I used to love the pizza from Casey's in the past, it was unlike any other. However, after multiple disappointing experiences at various locations, I stopped ordering from them. Today, I decided to try the Scenic location and I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza tasted just like it used to, with a generous amount of delicious food. I asked for extra sauce and they actually delivered! Thank you for bringing back the old Casey's taste for me. Now bring back the BBQ beef pizza please! ????

To avoid potential danger, I decided to leave the area with my jerry can. Unfortunately, the man followed me around my vehicle, which made me feel threatened. As a result, I opted to abandon my purchase and leave the gas station altogether. I do not plan to return to Store 2034 due to these safety concerns.
I've been a loyal customer at this restaurant for many years, but after tonight, I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. I witnessed the firing of an incredible employee who genuinely cared about her job. She consistently went above and beyond to be kind, checking in on my family and always catching mistakes with my orders. She was the best in customer service that this place has had in years. Unfortunately, the management at this location is disappointing, and her departure is a significant loss. Over the past few months, my pizzas had always been timely, but now I worry they will arrive cold and poorly prepared. The employee who assisted me tonight was rude and had disheveled hair, which added to my discomfort. The cleanliness of this store has never been outstanding, but now that the few friendly staff members are gone, it feels like a sad situation.

The restaurant provides ethanol blend gasoline, but I choose not to fill up there. However, for a quick bite of delicious pizza or some snacks and drinks, it's tough to find a better place.
I used to love Casey's pizza—it was always exceptional and unlike anything else. However, after a few disappointing experiences at various locations, I stopped ordering it. Today, I decided to try the Scenic location, and I'm glad I did! The pizza was just as delicious as I remembered, with generous portions and fantastic flavors. I asked for extra sauce and they truly delivered! Thank you for rekindling my fond memories of Casey's. Now, can we please have the BBQ beef pizza back on the menu?
