Thank you for the excellent customer service! I came in to buy some sausage casings and received a lot of helpful advice. It's a fantastic place to shop. I live in West Eugene, but I'll definitely make the drive again!
The meat is always fresh, and they offer an excellent variety of jerky and beef sticks! Now, whenever I visit another place, it feels like I’m betraying them—haha! They're just that good.
This restaurant offers excellent quality meat at reasonable prices. While the jerky may not be as good as it once was, the bone-in beef and pork dishes have consistently been great. Be sure to try the flat irons!
Used to only go for my dogs raw food ingredients because they have a huge selection and great prices, but then I had their biscuits and gravy….It’s the best I’ve ever had.You have to go before 11am on weekdays and before 10am on weekends if you want to guarantee it hasn’t run out (though it has happened to me)
You aint gonna find any humanely raised or handled meats here. In fact, when I called to ask them if they carried humanely raised meat the butcher didn't even know what that meant. In addition, it sure isn't the cleanest butcher shop around.
