I have been craving it for the last 3 years and when we flew in from Texas we had to stop to get a sandwich. All the locations in Eugene have been shut down so we came to this location. Thecrew was great, the sandwich was exactly what I wanted and I left with my 3 year craving cured!

It did have little green peppers on it that I didn't expect, but I think that was me not paying attention. Also the service wasgreat, I got to nerd out with the guy behind the counter. I'll be coming back when I'm in the area.

When I went, it was... read more Big Town Hero deserves 5 stars. The location is easy to find, and the restaurant is very clean. The friendly staff made my visit enjoyable. When I went, it was a one-man operation, but he was quick, attentive, and welcoming as he took and prepared my order. I’ve been to other places with more staff that didn’t offer the same level of service or friendliness. Big Town Hero’s menu is fantastic, and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be back!
