I had the lemongrass beef and very spicy beef noodle soup yum! They serve a boba tea that's from what I understand different from traditional boba tea but I heard that it's something to try when you go here we loved it. I'm not too terribly familiar with Vietnamese food, this was a great introduction, and I will definitely go back and maybe try some different things. You can also get some very authentic dishes (tripe soup, etc) which I don't think I'll try, but if you are into the authentic food, here's a place maybe you can get it.
I really enjoy visiting Bambu! They offer a great variety of dishes, and their Pho is outstanding. The waitstaff is always friendly and eager to assist newcomers in choosing a dish. While their boba tea may not be completely authentic, it's hard to find anything like it in the area!

I had the lemongrass beef and a very flavorful beef soup—both were amazing! They offer a type of Boba tea that is a bit different from traditional Boba, but I heard it's a must-try here, and we really enjoyed it. I'm not too familiar with Vietnamese cuisine, but this was a fantastic introduction, and I will definitely return to explore more of the menu. They also have some authentic dishes, like stuffed soup, which I might not try, but if you're into authentic food, this is definitely a place to check out.
