I mean where do I start had to wait a very long time to place my order no one was at the speaker once I finally received my food it wasn't fresh nor was it what I ordered.. I felt like waiting that long my food should've been hot and fresh and correctbut nope! Never again
Teenager at drive thru speaker was rude. When got to the window he was rude as if he hates his job. We gave him 10.21 for a 9.21 total he gave us back .99 back and slammed the window. Called to tell manager and she was also rude, which made me berude and lose my temper (which I apologize but it?s no excuse I know) Managers excuse was he was rude because he went to schoolall-day. If going to school all-day and then going to work makes him that way I would say he needs a new job. Verydisappointed in service we received today. If we let all teenagers use that as an excuse we are in trouble. I have alwaysheard the customer is always right and we should try to be reasonable with those we serve. The practical way to teach them isto say if the customer gives you what seems to be making the right change would be to politely ask them if they meant to givethis amount or that it was short the amount. Oh well, rant over. ???????
The staff was extremely rude. They refused to remove peppers from the ribeye cheesesteak and told my wife that doing so would make it the same as a French dip. Roast beef and prime rib are not the same. Another employee laughed at me and told me to get over it. Perhaps they laughed because I’ve had cancer surgery and my face is disfigured. I will not be returning.
The young employee working the register on 11/10 was extremely rude. An older customer looked pale and was in the bathroom for about 20 minutes. I tried to alert the cashier just in case, but she responded with "not my job." On top of that, she dumped my fries upside down for all three orders. Truly disrespectful.
During my travels, I made a pit stop at this restaurant. The food was quite good, and the service was satisfactory. Both the dining area and restrooms were very clean. As for parking, there are spaces available on three sides of the restaurant. It's also family-friendly, with high chairs and kids' meals offered. Additionally, it appears to be fully accessible for individuals with disabilities.
