I absolutely loved this place! Make sure to head to the bar to order your drinks and appetizers. It's a bit on the pricey side, but there are so many flavors to choose from. It's definitely one of those spots that you should visit for the experience!
This is a great place to hang out. Their back door patio is comfortable especially on a good night. They have a wide variety of drinks.
We visited a brewery downtown and it didn't meet our expectations. It used to be such a wonderful spot, so it was quite disappointing! We were hoping to find a place to continue our evening and end on a positive note. Thankfully, we chose 417 Taphouse, and I’m so glad we did! This is going to be our new go-to spot. 417 Taphouse serves the best bar food in Springfield! Be sure to try their spicy chicken fries and fried mushrooms. Grab a drink and enjoy some skee-ball or pinball for added entertainment. It's the perfect spot to kick back and relax.
Once we discovered 417 Taphouse, it was a real treat! We really enjoy spots like this. It was fun to explore and soak in the atmosphere. There was only one bartender handling both food and drink orders, as well as serving them, while the cooks assisted with delivering the food. Everyone was friendly and hardworking. My boyfriend tried the waffle burger and liked the unique twist. The fried mushrooms and crab Rangoon were just average, however. They have a solid selection of beers and drinks.
