Just had a party here for my 6 year old. The first time we ever came was a year ago, and this was our 4th visit and I have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the place. I would give a zero if I could. They have horrible customer service they manager is rude. They are unprofessional and the staff smelled like weed… I went for my child's birthday and wasted 200$. I will be calling corporate. View all feedback.
It seems as though the teens ran the place for our visit. We had to wait for them at the counters many times. There was no one stamping hands.
For the price it's not worth it for 2 hours of play and the Packages don't come with anything
Went here for a birthday party and was pleasantly surprised. Really clean! Not too busy on a Friday night. Workers were all very nice. Highly recommend.
I give it 5/5 stars. Clean fun for kids and have a lot of things to do nice games exc.... the cake is delicious!
Worst customer service specifically a girl at the cashier got a bad attitude and disrespectful at. Wait time for our is more than 45 minutes the cashier didn't send our order to the kitchen.finally they gave us agly food I my kids are not going sick.
