Had a late dinner on 25th August around 8pm, we ordered via kiosk, foods came pretty quick lovely staff members. Wonderful customer service! Restaurant Manager should compliment them all free meals!Fresh, hot, and delicious! What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I called to check if the frappe machine was working, as it usually seems to be out of order. They confirmed that it was, so I went there 10 minutes later, only to find out that they still couldn’t make frappes. What a disappointment! View all feedback.
Despite excellent serviceI had food poisoning but the manager refused responsibility and to remedy situation.This is typical of Maccers which only remedies those with medical certificates.Any other food chain gives refund or exchange but Maccers doesn't. Discraceful

Meal was OK food ok but noticing one Ms doing everything one handed phone in other hand another Ms touching her hair bangs I think you call them not good practice when working with food
The kids working never listen to the instructions of the order. 8 out 10 smth is not right. Serving not warm enough food is really disappointing in this winter weather.
Honestly I live in Camira and the McDonald’s down the road is trash so I go to the lakes if I ever want maccas because they always have fresh food and so many nice employees
