Contribute FeedbackThea is a restaurant that offers a mix of pros and cons according to its patrons. While some were impressed with the food and friendly staff, others were disappointed by slow service and issues with some entrees. Despite mixed opinions, most agreed that Thea is a great spot for appetizers and salads, with standout dishes like the Brie Brulee and the arugula beet salad. The BYOB policy was also well-received by many. Overall, Thea seems to cater to a variety of tastes and preferences, providing a solid dining experience for those looking for a nice meal out.
I'm very surprised how Bonita was the only server that worked tonight and still worked all the time. The food is usually not the best, but tonight I could taste the freshness in it. I finished an important document and she called me while I was still in the area and waited outside the restaurant to give it back to me. Thanks Bonita for the excellent service you have? re the reason I give 5 stars!
One of the slowest services. It took 5 minutes to be recognized during sitting at the bar. After 45 minutes without confirmation passed the first drink, I asked after check. No offer, no feedback. The bartender seemed only interested in the phone call she took on her headphones.
Walking and was not really welcomed, asked if she had a Allergen menu and a high chair, the host did not know and went to ask. I'm looking for the host to sit on their phones a few minutes later at a table with an employee who ignores my inquiries. He hesitated to get a high chair and responded to the fact that we don't have an allergen menu. He returned with a dirty high chair that I wiped with a baby towel to not even clean the surface of dirt and food cream that was baked on it. We left immediately after we do not receive, dirty environment and little care for allergies.
The service was decent, but the food wasn't. I get this same food every time and I've never been disappointed. These are two different plates with the same meal and both look disgusting and was disgusting. They sneaked on food, the potatoes of the mash were dry and bland, the chicken was blande with a piece of strength cheese. Only decent was the shrimps. The utensils were also dirty. Each one of them.
Portion size is lacking lately. I ordered via GrubHub and when the order arrived I was shocked!!! $15 appetizer came back with literally 7 nuggets. Called the restaurant and spoke to Rachel who offered for me to call Grub Hub for a refund, or to go pick up a remade order. Glad she offered something (hence the 2 stars, but I wasn't going to drive there when that defeats the whole purpose of ordering delivery. Had they MADE IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, I wouldn't have needed to call and address.
