The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I do not recommend ordering their pizza as it is always old and cold, and they refuse to give refunds. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund by contacting corporate. I doubt Jeremy and Marcus still work there after this experience.
The customer service is not as friendly as it was a year ago.
