I was really frustrated after a long day at work when I came here to order food. I was told to pull up to the yellow sign and that my order would be out in four minutes. However, they completely forgot about me. I ended up waiting for thirty minutes while four other people received their orders and drove off. Next time, I won’t even bother with the yellow sign. I just want my food and to leave! I won't be coming back again.

I don't understand why they promote their late opening hours when there's often nothing available on the menu. Additionally, the staff have quite unpleasant attitudes. I get that life can be tough, but it would be nice if they could be a bit more courteous to customers. This Wendy's location is not worth visiting.

I visited this Wendy's on February 19, 2024, around 2:30 AM. As soon as I approached the drive-thru window, I ordered a small vanilla frosty cold brew. The employee informed me that they didn’t have any available. I responded, "Oh, okay..." and she interrupted me, saying she could make some but it would take about 10 minutes because she needed to retrieve the concentrate from the back. I told her I had time, but before I could finish my thought, she scoffed and asked if I really wanted to wait for it. I replied, "If it’s not too much trouble." She quickly cut me off again, asking if that was all I wanted. I then asked for a Honey Biscuit Chicken Sandwich as well. After confirming it was just those two items, she told me to move to the second window. When I reached the second window, I mentioned that I had a coupon for the sandwich I received in the mail. Before I could even show her the coupon, she said, "We don’t take those." I was puzzled because they had accepted my coupon just a week prior. She explained that their scanner was broken and she couldn’t manually apply the coupon since it had been down for three days. I realized my coupon didn’t even have a barcode, and she seemed irritated, so I didn’t want to push the issue. She then handed me my drink, noting that during our conversation, her coworker had gone to grab the coffee supplies and make my drink. I thanked her and waited for my sandwich, which was prepared perfectly. However, when I took a sip of my drink, I found it completely flavorless and very bitter. Unlike the amazing one I had ordered the week before with my coupon, this drink was also super watery in consistency. It made me wonder if they had used old concentrate, even though it sounded like it came from a bottle and wasn’t freshly made. I decided not to go back since the employee had already been so rude, and I didn't want to risk them doing something unpleasant to my drink.

Went to Wendy's last night usually did not go there because the staff is very rude, but this time I had the nicest women ever their name was Pam I think she was amazing, you need more employees like her..
