The ice cream was delicious, and the service was excellent.

I stop going to friendly’s to eat for years. I decided to give them a chance and omg my fav ice cream from here would be very nice and hot brownies with vanilla... read more I stop going to friendly’s to eat for years. I decided to give them a chance and omg my fav ice cream from here would be very nice and hot brownies with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. I stop getting the fudge because one time they put way too much fudge and it was a waste of money but it was unbearable to eat it. So I stop eating here again after that experience. Also, for some reason this place stink and the seats and tables were dirty.

Employees were gathered in the back as it took awhile for the waitress to come to our... read more We haven't been to a friendlys in a long time. We quickly remembered why. Employees were gathered in the back as it took awhile for the waitress to come to our table. A male kept running his hands through his hair. My wife said I hope he's not preparing our food, he wasn't a waiter. I ordered a cup of clam chowder. The waitress said I just took it out of the microwave so it could be hot. So, I can assume it's not in a soup container staying the correct temperature? Anyway, it was terrible. The waitress walked by and asked me why I hadn't eaten the chowder? I said it's terrible. She said they have changed the chowder. I said well not a good choice. She said I'll take it off the bill. I said thank you. Our meals were just ok. The unsweetened ice tea was also terrible. The waitress brought the bill with the chowder still on it. We said nothing and left. We grew up at friendlys. It's sad to see that it's changed so much and not for the better. The waitress was pleasant.99 restaurant here we come.
