Was also denied 2 things of Zaxby?s sauce and said I would have to pay 5... read more Food was good other than the Texas toast was stale and could have been fresher overall. Was also denied 2 things of Zaxby?s sauce and said I would have to pay 50 cents each. Seems a little ridiculous to charge customers for sauce when their food isn?tthat cheap to begin with. Decent visit, could?ve been better.

Unfortunately they constantly forget things?i just went for a little late night food and they gave me two salads completely without dressing at all. when we wen... read more Unfortunately they constantly forget things?i just went for a little late night food and they gave me two salads completely without dressing at all. when we went back, they were very rude and gave us small packs of sauce when we pay for the big packsof dressing. and even asked us to pay for extra dressing when we came all the way back for it. i?ve worked in good service for10 years and this was one of the worst ways i was treated at a restaurant. really really ridiculous.

The footage starts late, and Kaitlyn might have managed the situation better by closing the window sooner. She may have been trying to say "you're illegally recording me" but got flustered by the driver. From my experience as a customer at this Zaxby's, the staff have always been respectful and patient. It's important to consider different viewpoints and listen to other employees to understand the full story.
