The Buttered Biscuit Springdale

Food was absolutely delicious. My daughter and I had the breakfast burrito. Exceptional service by Emma P.Parking: Springdale.

This place must be under new management. The service was slow and inattentive, had to get up and walk to kitchen to get things we needed. The food was absolutely horrible. We have eaten at this location several times and we’ve always been very pleased but this time was a clear change. The eggs were cold and little hard balls, they used to be soft, fluffy, and folded—right off the flat top. These were almost microwaved pieces so small you couldn’t pickup with a fork and cold. The biscuits were badly browned and very dry and no butter or jelly was given like when they use to bring the sampler. Breakfast is one thing that isn’t hard to get right, every cook should be able to nail breakfast essentials. We were excited to have a good breakfast to start a very special day and left very disappointed. We both would have preferred fast food breakfast over this quality. We won’t be back, which is really sad. This place used to be such a treasure.

Place was not up to par when we visited. We were seated immediately and it was downhill from there. No one seemed to know who was to be our server, the coffee was horrible, the food and their famous biscuits were delayed because their oven broke!! There was no compensation, but I 'm sorry . I would not recommend or return.

I’ve been in and out of this restaurant for well over a year and a half. This may be my last visit.The food is always good.The servers are always polite, but slower than Christmas coming. They appear oblivious to customer needs such as, the only time we were checked on, was when I asked for the check. Our water glasses were empty for well over 15 minutes.Only come here if you have nothing scheduled afterwards. This tortoise is not going to when any races.

Came here on Friday September 22nd at 9:25 am. Say for almost 20 minutes without a server even stopping to take a drink order. Several servers working and looking right at me but no one took my party of 4s order. A year ago I ate here 3 times a week and loved the staff and food. Obviously the buttered biscuit in Springdale AR has lost its reputation for excellent service and great atmosphere. Sam I hope you read this and understand my frustration.
