I love this place. I’ve traveled to Thailand quite a bit, and this place definitely has authentic cuisine. The service is great everyone is super friendly and the matron is hilarious. The atmosphere is just as would be expected for a Thai restaurant in Arkansas nothing fancy but cute and clean. What Nick Gentry doesn't like about Pattaya Thai Sushi:
Takeout was meh 3/5- pad see ee and Panang curry with meat over cooked/dry. They also failed to include over 1/3 of our order. They acknowledged this, but some difficulty in getting refund. Not convenient because we needed the food and their solution was to come get it 30 mins later. Update: 2-3 weeks later and they still have not refunded our card for the missing entree. Love this restaurant! If I want Asian food, I want thai and Springdale Pattaya is where you go if you want good food that makes you sweat a little from spice and is addictive in a good way. I love their crab rangoon, it's crunchy with thick creamy crab filling, and the sauce it comes with is to die for, and all of their menu options are just so good and filling, and then the service! I'm a very awkward person and normally adore shortened interactions if I can get away with it, but this restaurant makes longer interactions worth it. And they will always make sure you're taken care of, I went for my birthday last year bc it's my preferred birthday dinner spot, either in house or takeout, and i had my brothers with me and one of them brought a gift for me, we didnt mention it was birthday, but they saw the gift asked if it was my birthday and told me to wait after eating and everyone came out to sing happy birthday and gave me a complimentary dessert without me or anyone at my table asking, it was so nice and i could tell they just wanted to do it. Love love this place, been going for Years now and have never once been upset about my order. Even when I'm broke as a joke, but want something nice, I always tip as well as I can bc these folks definitely deserve it.
Consistently high-quality food served in a pleasant environment, and a great value as well. Highly recommended.

Update: I called again and they now told me that they cannot refund the credit card and I have to come in person. It is 30 mins away from my house so that is very inconvenient.
Food was not at all what we expected and of poor quality. The service was horrible they rushed us from the moment we sat down from asking us if we were ready to order 3 times within 5 minutes to asking us repeatedly if we were finished and ready to go. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Excellent food, green curry was perfect! Definitely one of my favorites
