This place is great. The music is the perfect volume, the layout is perfect. It’s in a good part of town, and best part: the coffee is always the PERFECT temperature right when they serve it. I’ve been tons of times and I’ve never left upset. Best coffee shop in NWA no debate. View all feedback.
This place beats every coffee company I've tried (besides that time I went to Italy, but I digress lol). Good prices, excellent, top notch drinks. If you like blended drinks, I recommend the mocha truffle; perfect consistency, with creaminess and perfect coffee to ice balance. You'll never go to morebucks again, I promise!
The guy at the window put up with my elderly moms repetitive questions with a big smile on his face. Good service and good drinks if maybe a tad pricey. Way better than 7brew though
This NWA chain has changed the game for coffee lovers and those who just need a quick spot to stop and work or meet. The staff is talented, friendly, and always has a smile. Now days, that can be hard to come by. Also, every one of their locations has its own flavor of decoration and design that is top notch compared to other places you may have grown accustomed to. Make sure to stop by and see all their locations you will not be disappointed and in for quite the treat! I happened to have the spring seasonal Iced Coconut Milk Lavendar Latte. The Barista went above and beyond with the presentation much appreciated!
Update: Red Kite is the real deal. I had been frequenting this location (as an Onyx Coffee Lab) for years and was skeptical about someone else coming in. But I’m happy to say that RK (which brews and sells Onyx beans and works closely with them) is equally good — offering many of the same drinks (Onyx Delight Coffee Phosphate being our long-standing favorites), AND some exciting and delicious concoctions that are all their own (like their wonderful Savy [sic] Travy salted mocha and this to-die-for Honey Bitters Cappuccino One, pictured here). Since the decor remains unchanged, it’s still got the same warm, inviting, laidback vibe, and the baristas have proven to be every bit as talented and friendly. In a word, I’m impressed. And, I’m actually glad that RK decided to come in and give Springdale something to crow about!
Red Kite Coffee has taken over the former Onyx location, and they still serve Onyx coffee, which is delicious. The staff is extremely friendly, and I noticed several people enjoying their time at the tables. I barely had to wait for my coffee, and the atmosphere is very welcoming for relaxing and unwinding. I particularly love the large wooden high-top table right after you enter. I will definitely be coming back!
