Dq Grill Chill - Springdale

Drive thru was moving very slow. Was asked to pull forward. After 15-20 minuites had to go in. I think they forgot about me. No onion rings and the two plain burgers both had everything on them. 45 min to get food. No ice cream. Just two burgers fries onion rings and cokes.

My family and I have tried with this Dairy Queen several times. We have not been back in months because of how gross our food was last time, and poor management.We decided to give them another chance. Went through the drive through to order. Got up to the window to pay. The guy seemed like he didn't know left from right. (Which was probably a managers fault for not proper training) She would tell him directions and walk away leaving him alone. Leaving him confused on how to handle things.We ignored this. Then no one could figure out the scanner. They actually took my phone from my husbands hand and walked it through their store! Not okay. THEN they continued helping the people ordering leaving us sitting at the window.At this point our food sat on the counter for a good 10 minutes while they were trying to figure out why the scanner wasn't working.They then told us the coupon on my app wasn't working, and asked if that was okay, and if I wanted to just pay full price. We told them no. That our food was more than likely ice cold, since it has sat for well over 10 minutes and that we would go somewhere else. Probably won't be back.

I ordered 2 ice cream cones and a banana split. It took them at least 7 minutes to make my banana split. And the banana on the banana split was disgusting, it was brown.

I love their Strawberry shakes. They have actual pieces of strawberries and the ice cream that they use is just amazing. Dairy Queen’s soft serve ice cream is a real treat.

The icecream was absolutely delicious i love the way it tasted on my tongue. The service was even BETTER than the icecream because of my amazing server Alexandre <33333 I think he deserves a raise for his amazing work.
