Teens working when they're sick? Who runs these places isn't against some labor code to have sick children working all night instead of resting? Will not be going back and I wish the best to those sick kids.
I've been to this subway at least three times prior to today so I really tried to give this establishment a chance. I have dealt with univiting and slow service, employees being skimpy on vegetables like they pay for them out of their checks, consistently brown lettuce, out of spinach, and today took the cake with being told I had to put mustard on my own sandwich because there wasn't a “drive for mustardâ€. Like seriously? Mustard doesn't turn quickly at all. As someone who has worked in restaurants all of the issues at this Subway point to a cheap owner. The crappy employees=wages are too low to attract anyone of quality. Brown lettuce, skimping on veggies and no “drive for mustardâ€...? Like seriously? Is this what folks around here are willing to put up with? Well I'm not. This Subway doesn't need my money like I need my mustard put on my overpriced $6 six inch sandwich. GTFOWBS.
The employees are always friendly and the food is usually fine; when they have bread. I have had more than 5 instances where I am told the only bread available is flat bread. I would understand if I was coming in around closing, but unfortunately that is not the case. At 7:00pm, there is no reason for flat bread to be the only option.
I took my grandkids out for lunch, and I really enjoyed the dining area. It's located at the gas station, which makes it super convenient. The staff is friendly, and the food is fantastic. My granddaughter Saige really loves going there!
