My food delivery took over two hou... read more I had a terrible experience at Planet Wings, located at 2 South Central Avenue in Spring Valley, NY, on Friday, October 14th. My food delivery took over two hours, even though I’m only 15 minutes away! I called multiple times to check on my order, and was repeatedly told that I lived too far away and they shouldn’t have accepted my order. In reality, the driver got completely lost and couldn’t follow GPS directions. I was consistently informed that the driver was making other deliveries and was en route, but not once did I receive an apology throughout the whole experience. It felt as if I was being blamed for living "too deep" for their service. By the time my nachos finally arrived, they were inedible. Anyone thinking about ordering from this location should be aware of the significant risk involved. The customer service was lacking, there was no accountability, and the packaging was inadequate. Ultimately, I had to toss a $100 order, which I believe justifies my one-star review. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

I've never seen wings this small before, and I'm shocked that they actually serve them. If you enjoy feeling shortchanged, then this restaurant is perfect for you. It's no wonder their other location has closed for good.

I ordered 30 chicken wings, and what I received were the smallest, hardest, and driest wings I've ever encountered. For a place called Planet Wings, they should be ashamed of the quality of food they serve. I was charged $48, and it honestly feels like I was robbed. I'm extremely disappointed and will never go back!
