A compact, impeccably clean neighborhood spot in Spring Valley known for standout pho—especially seafood and the house special—served in generous portions at wallet-friendly prices. The friendly owner and staff create a pleasant, relaxing vibe, and the menu offers tofu/vegetable pho, garlic edamame, crab rangoons and fried rice. Note the counter-ordering/pay-first system, limited seating and occasional inconsistencies (mushy egg-roll filling, rare broth misses) and occasional language barrier; still, most diners return eager to try more.

The Pho broth was distinct compared to other Pho restaurants in the area, and the filling of the egg rolls was mushy. At least some nutrients were received from simply eating. I suggest double-checking your order and the quantities before paying to avoid any unwanted items (this happened because of my own mistake). Even though they confirmed my order, it was difficult to understand due to their accent, and I didn't want to seem impolite by asking for clarification.

We shared a large #7, and it was absolutely fantastic! The flavors were like a burst of excitement for the taste buds; it was just so flavorful. This definitely won’t be my last visit!

I had the seafood pho, and it was really delicious. My daughter ordered the beef dish, which was just okay. It was a bit odd that they require you to order, pay, and tap your card before you even sit down to enjoy your meal.

I had seafood pho, it was really good. My daughter had beef chow mein, it was just okay. It was weird that they want you to order and pay and tip... before you sit down and they bring you your food.
