A&w - Spring Valley

Not impressed. Burgers were sloppy with way to much lettuce and sauce. I also don't know why this A&W does not have the Sriracha cheese curds. Root beer was not cold. I won't be returning to this location again. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I have been a customer for many year not anymore after tonight. I show up about 40 min before close to see at least one employee up front throwing a fit, yelling we were about to close and kicking things in plan view of everyone. If employees are willing to act like this in front of customers there is a big problem.

Seemed to be short staffed.. took a really long time to get food. Other customers got tired of waiting and left. Carhop was nice. I dig the old-school drive-in atmosphere. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Poor job cooking,.. My mushroom swiss burger was over-cooked and the service took extra time. Every bite was a taste of charcoal. I had a had time trying to eat it. I had very fond memories of A&W as a child and an adult. Seeing this A&W in Spring Valley every time I would drive from St. Cloud, Mn to Fulton, Mo. I don't expect to stop there again. I waited at the counter for 20 minutes, no one came to serve me even though I knocked on the door to get their attention, so I had to go out to the outside speakers in order from there and then the server had the worst attitude I've seen in a server.
