We live for in Ocean Beach but were in La Mesa yesterday and decided to check this place out. WOW! That’s is by far the best bbq we have ever had in San Diego. Went to try this place out. Wed afternoon at 12.30. They were closed. No reason why, just closed. Not the best way to do business. And the sign painted on the door, out of food, we gone is a really negative thing to state, even if the intent was to be clever. Restaurants don 't stay open if they can 't get food production right.
