What Scott Lawrence doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Once again here we go Taco Bell being absolutely worthless. They claim to be serving breakfast but don't have any eggs, which normally wouldn't be an issue except for the fact that they gave me the option to get double meat in a breakfast burrito. That'snot a breakfast burrito that's sausage inside of a tortilla... What in the hell is going on with this location I'm about toswear it off all together. View all feedback.
Today I had one of the worst customer services I have ever had I went to pick up an order that was already paid for and when I arrived at the store they told me that they did not receive the order and that I had to pay again. That they didn 't give Free food Even when I showed them that the price was already paid, they just laughed in my face and left me there alone. The manager named Renee is the worst I 've seen in a long time, instead of looking for solutions to the problem, she just went to her office to laugh at the situation with other employees. I 've never felt so bad just for ordering a meal. I don 't know how is the process for hiring people at this establishment but it definitely has the worst customer service in North Carolina. I hope that this complaint is not in vain and that the owners of this establishment take to reprimand the bad employees specifically to Manager RENNE who only make their brand look bad. I love Taco Bell but after today I would think twice before picking up an order here
It took them 35 minutes to make 2 nacho boxes. The food was not appealing at all. Mgr apologized and threw in cinnamon sticks as a perk for the time in my day that they wasted. 35 minutes for Nachos through their drive through. They took payment said pull up and left me waiting for my food. Never again they served cars behind me, cars ahead of me. Just not my simple order 2 nacho boxes. How long does it take to throw chips in a box and add cheese? Well here at this store 35 minutes!!
Horrible service. My order was ruined. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme combo and a mountain dew. The drink had no flavor. It was just fizzy with food coloring. My crunch wrap supreme was just veggies, queso and sour cream, no meat at all!
Are you kidding me?! You call this nachos and cheese please explain how this is even remotely close to nachos? This place used to be good but has severely gone down hill!
All four tacos lacked the meat content. It was just cheese. I asked for two soft tacos only meat and cheese and two hard tacos only meat and cheese. They still have a simple order.
