I ordered buffalo hot wings with a... read more I ordered wings from them three times and the first two times great no problem. The third time however they tried to play me. I ordered buffalo hot wings with a extra cup of buffalo sauce but instead I got a slightly sweet tasting batch of wings barely with any sauce like I honestly thought they gave me plain wings at first with a side of TX Pete hot sauce not. The last two times before that I bragged about their wings and really enjoyed them. This is what I got. Oh so when I went back to ask about their mistake the bar tender told me that they always look like that and that they were definitely buffalo hot wings and that wasn't TX Pete hot sauce even though I told he I tasted it myself. SMH I was very disappointed in this place and the service I received. I don't know if I'll go back honestly!!

Ordered baked potato with some veggies incl steamed broccoli, zucchini and baby bella mushrooms (oil and garlic pieces) Mango tea and peach tea. Peach was rather on the sweet side but mango was just right. Great service and manager stopped by to check on us. Bar is 9.99 but with some veggies was total of 12.99/ person drink. Will return!! Military discount ?

I usually order half rippchen to lunch. hot, tasteful, right at the table. They added some new items and I tried one of their special sandwiches (hot honey and speck roast chicken sandwich,) it was amazing I will go back and get it back. the service was always good. I was sitting on the salatable and watching a manager check it out and restock it several times. If it's a past, they might want to try it again.

When I first walked in I wa... read more I had hope that it would be decent. I saw a promotion in my email and had never been, so decided to try it. I was very disappointed. When I first walked in I was confused as to why they were so empty but after my experience I understand. It was my first and last time dining at this establishment. My family will not return. We received burnt appetizers after we had finished our meals, I had to actually walk it up after waiting on a server as they were all just standing together talking and laughing. There was some debris that I don?t want to know what it was. We pulled hair off two items. I was kind of just sad by the entire experience seeing the industry go down like this more and more. I still left a tip because maybe they are going through something but I see why all these restaurants are closing down. I wish them the best of luck and hope one day they can fix the issues because it has a lot of potential.

Continued this visit with trying to find wait staff to take our order find out where our food wasand again to get silverware. The food was good the service was not Not a busy place but we barely got done eating in an hourbecause of all the waiting

She was very attentive and friendly, promptly bringing refills and keepi... read more Ruby Tuesday provided fantastic service, with our waitress being absolutely phenomenal. She was very attentive and friendly, promptly bringing refills and keeping us informed about our food wait. It was clear she genuinely enjoyed her job, which is rare to see these days. The food was good—my son went with the usual choices from the menu, cheeseburgers and the salad bar, while I only had the salad bar. My only issue was that the salad bar plates were warm and should have been chilled, and the salad bar itself needed some attention, as the dressing was served at room temperature. I ordered cheesecake, but it was served on a hot plate. The restrooms were very clean and well stocked with soap and paper towels. Overall, a pleasant dining experience at Ruby Tuesday.

I usually go for the... read more You might not expect Ruby Tuesday to be a spot where you can enjoy a quick lunch in under an hour, but I’ve always managed to do just that. I usually go for the half rack of ribs—they arrive hot, flavorful, and right to the table. They’ve added some new items recently, and I tried their specialty hot honey and bacon fried chicken sandwich—it was incredible. I’ll definitely be ordering it again. The service has consistently been good, too. I’ve even watched a manager frequently check and restock the salad bar while I was seated across from it. If it’s been a while since your last visit, it might be time to give Ruby Tuesday another try.

T... read more I’m giving Ruby Tuesday 4 stars, and here’s why. Service was outstanding, thanks to Chantrell—if you visit, ask for her; she truly takes great care of guests. The restaurant was very clean, with gloves required at the salad bar, and everything looked spotless when we arrived. For my meal, I tried the New Orleans Seafood Platter—delicious! The tender blackened tilapia was topped with creamy sautéed shrimp, offering authentic New Orleans flavors. It came with fluffy rice and grilled zucchini. I personally prefer grilled shrimp over sautéed for added flavor and texture, but it was still tasty. Prices were fair, service was prompt, and Chantrell even helped us save some money. I’ll gladly consider a fifth star if the excellent service continues on my next visit.
