WOW! I was excited for new Dunkin in the area but my god, where do I even begin. I’ll start with the management. Words I would use to describe: RUDE, DISAPPOINTING, DISRESPECTFUL. I genuinely wish I had something nice to say. The way I saw the staff being treated here was astonishing, especially in front of the customers! The guy at the counter is so rude. he actin like i gave him a trouble with my order. when im at the counter he is still using his phone and doesnt care customer is waiting or not. terrible experience Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very very disappointing.
