My husband and I ordered 2 footlong subs per Subway app a couple of days ago. We've eaten here many, many times but this time was AMAZING! It was the BEST subs we've had in a long time. Both our subs were made perfectly and ready to pickup as soon as I walked in the door. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
I recently stopped at a restaurant to buy a chicken breast for my 15-month-old child. I asked if I could buy just the small piece of meat, but was told I had to purchase a 6-inch sub to get it. I found it unreasonable to pay $6 just for the chicken. It's disappointing that Subway wouldn't accommodate a simple request and instead prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. I am not a big fan of Subway, but I had a pleasant experience at this location. About a month ago, I asked the staff for their favorite sandwich combinations and decided to go with a suggestion from a young man for a rotisserie chicken and bacon sandwich on herb and cheese bread, with toasted pepperjack cheese. I topped it off with spinach, black olives, peppercorn ranch, and a secret sauce that reminded me of buffalo sauce mixed with Tennessee hot sauce. The staff were playful and enthusiastic, even helping me come up with a name for my creation, which we decided to call "the Beast." I still order this sandwich to this day. Overall, I was impressed with the service and enjoyed the experience. The price was reasonable, and there was ample free parking available. The lettuce was brown and they would not accept my coupons. The stale food was not worth the full price. The service was poor and the atmosphere was lacking.
They refused to honor the coupon I brought from the advertisement I received in the mail. Not recommended.
It used to be a good place to go, but standards declined fast. They don’t accept the majority of Subway’s mail coupons (as mentioned by one worker because the store does not want to lose money), the produce in the stainless steel containers were over refrigerated until frozen (so the vegetables are frozen to the containers and wilted), and the store is severely understaffed. The prices were over the top for the sandwiches we ordered; they would have been cheaper if we were allowed to use a coupon Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
Zero stars! This place use to be nice....Service is now horrible! Young female associate was so rude. She acted like she didn't want to take my order. As if it was inconveniencing her. I asked for the manager and told her what happened and she became immediately defensive. They'll never get another dollar from me.
