The service is consistently slow, and the employees often appear disinterested, with some looking like they’re not completely present. For instance, just tonight, my protein bowl was messed up; it was supposed to have chicken, but there was none. Plus, my chalupa was missing from my grilled cheese burrito box. They really need to improve their service!

However, tonight they completely messed up my order. It seems like this place is going downhill. To make matters worse, we ordered the Nacho Bell Grande, and it came without any meat. My eight tacos were all topped with lettuce when all I wanted was meat and cheese.

We're really disheartened because Taco Bell used to be one of our favorite places to eat, but that's no longer the case. We leave as two dissatisfied customers. As a result, it e... read more I really love the bacon, egg, and cheese crunch wrap, but every time I request easy jalapeño sauce, they also make it easy on everything else. As a result, it ends up mostly being hash browns. Meanwhile, my boyfriend orders it the regular way and his is always stuffed. This happens every single time.
