Th... read more I had a similar experience to the gentleman mentioned earlier. I was stuck in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes, which made me late picking up my kids. There are significant infrastructure issues since once you're in line, there's no way to escape.

When I finally got to the or... read more I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. I waited almost 30 minutes with no way to leave the line once I was in it. When I finally got to the ordering window, I was told to wait. After about five minutes, I called out, "Hello?" My patience was wearing thin. There was only one car ahead of me, but I decided to leave. I understand it’s a new location and had been patient with slow service during my previous three visits, but today’s experience was unacceptable and totally avoidable.

I've never encountered any issues with my orders or missing items during my visits. Luz, the manager, is always friendly and helpful.
