I asked her 4 times for a napkin because my coffee was spilling over she ignored me. She was giving me dirty looks the whole time during the transaction. I?ll pay 2$ moreand go to Starbucks for good customer service.

Once again today, my order had to be remade THREE times because they d... read more I must be a glutton for punishment because I keep returning to this frustrating location. Once again today, my order had to be remade THREE times because they don't listen to simple instructions. They put cheese on my sandwich twice after I specifically asked for no cheese, and they gave me regular sausage instead of turkey sausage. I pay for what I order, but only about 20% of the time do I actually receive what I asked for from this location. I'm officially done; from now on, I'll be going to Spring Hill Drive instead! I've been visiting this incompetent location for over 8 years!
