I’m giving it 4 stars because my drink... read more I absolutely love this place! I stop by nearly every morning on my long commute to work. The staff is always so friendly. I’m giving it 4 stars because my drinks have been mixed up a few times, but that happens! I understand. They also adore my dad's dog, which he brings through the drive-thru. The people here are fantastic, and the service is great. I always feel welcomed, and I’ve never encountered any rude staff members.

They often misunders... read more This Dunkin' Donuts location is incredibly disappointing. Every time we visit, there seems to be an issue with the staff at the drive-thru. They often misunderstand our orders and frequently mess them up. Moreover, they are often out of essential items or provide us with something completely different, claiming it’s what we ordered, which shows a complete lack of listening skills. They should have remained at their previous location, as the drive-thru experience is severely lacking when they can't follow simple requests. The customer service here is very poor overall. I really think the management needs to recognize these issues and make some necessary changes.

My grandmother couldn't get out the right words but Cortnie took the time to be patient and kind, even made sure we were happy with out food drinks! Everytime she's there we enjoy our experience, Wednesday when I came in they served me burnt coffee and gave the donut I ordered to someone else when it was the last one, Cortnie was extremely friendly, well mannered and was the only one I noticed actually working and wasn't standing around talking. 5 stars simply because she made it a great day for my grandmother
