Our waitress, Dana, was fantastic! She was very accommodating and made the entire experience enjoyable. I visited for a work Christmas party and a birthday celebration, and I would definitely return in the future, but only if Dana is my waitress again.
We left feeling disappointed this time. The wonton tacos appetizer used to be fantastic, but the last two times we've had them, they haven't tasted the same. There was barely any sauce, and ranch was added despite our request for something different. The presentation has also changed. The blackened salmon and the chicken sandwich were just okay; I wasn't impressed. The service was slow and unorganized, and they were out of the beer I wanted, which was advertised on the menu. Additionally, the waiter mentioned it was fine to substitute one of the sides, but I was charged extra without being informed about it.
Stopped in for a quick dinner after work. Food came out fast and right. My server at the bar was Terry and she was awesome. Very friendly and attentive!
Manager and staff are awesome and attentive
The bartender Terry was just absolutely amazing. Food came quick, drinks were just right and service was immaculate from the bartender and the host themselves. Recommend this Applebee's over any other chain restaurant nearby.
