They mistakenly gave me someone else’s order and charged me for a larger meal than what I received. When I simply requested that they prepare what I originally ordered, their response was shockingly rude. I could hear them grumbling in the kitchen, and when they finally brought me my order, there was no smile, no apology, and no thank you—just an eye roll. It made me feel like a nuisance just for being a customer.

When we asked him to quickly repeat our order, he seemed annoyed. On a positive note, the food was excellent and deserves a 5/5 rating.
