During my visit, I ordered the sampler plate along with some kimchi fries topped with brisket. Everything was delicious, and I took it all to go. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit, where I plan to bring some friends along to enjoy this great food together!
Food was different but really good! The only complaint is the water...tastes like it came straight out of a pipe.
The customer service is just as good as the food! I went to eat with my family and we all loveeed the brisket fried rice! Definitely should give a try if you enjoy brisket and fried rice. The karma sushi roll was also amazing, great food and great service. Will definitely come again !!
You can check the menu for full descriptions, but here’s what I remember from our meal: We started with the Brisket Egg Rolls, which were light, crispy, and smoky, served with a delicious sauce. Next was the Naruto Roll – a circular, lollipop-style sushi filled with brisket, salmon, cucumber, and crab. The crab was skillfully prepared, adding a nice hint of flavor without being overpowering. The salmon was fresh, the brisket was tender and juicy, and the cucumber provided a fantastic texture. The Olivia Roll was a beautifully tempura-fried dish and a delightful mouthful. The jalapeño inside added just a hint of heat, complemented by two sauces that allowed us to adjust the spice level. The Philadelphia Roll was classic and fresh—so good that I ate some before I could take a photo. The BBQ Burger was impressively sized; the photo doesn’t do it justice. I accidentally broke off a piece of the beef before snapping the picture, but I think it was a mix of ground beef and brisket. I had added a fried egg, but to my disappointment, I forgot to request it runny. I asked the server for a runny egg after it was served, and thankfully, the kitchen delivered quickly. Even the bun was special—lightly fluffy and soft. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The brisket fried rice was intriguing and smoky, prepared in a way that made it slightly caramelized and crispy alongside the beef. Overall, the food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. I paid $73, so it wasn’t the cheapest meal, but it’s clear that everything is crafted with love, creativity, passion, and good taste by skilled chefs using fresh ingredients. The place was very clean, and plenty of hand sanitizer was available. I highly recommend you give them a try. Like many, I thought they had closed and wasn't initially impressed, but I’m so glad I went back. Next time, I’ll bring more friends so we can sample an even greater variety of dishes. Try them out and let me know what gems you discover!
My husband really enjoyed this restaurant because the chef took the time to accommodate his dietary restrictions. With allergies to dairy, beef, soy, and butter, finding suitable options in Texas can be quite challenging, but he managed to find something delicious here. I ordered the Triple D platter, and it was a hearty portion! Everything was fantastic, and I'm definitely not hungry anymore. The unique flavors were delightful—absolutely delicious! Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the dish, but the chef was attentive and helpful. I would definitely eat here again!
