Finally, a girl claiming to be from the kitchen took my order for a large caramel coffee. After waiting for a long time, I was informed that they had made an iced coffee instead and gave me a smaller cup. When I mentioned that I had ordered a large caramel coffee, they brought me a big mug with caramel in it. The restaurant seemed to be understaffed and lacking in customer service.

It was my second time ordering through the drive-thru and both times I was asked to wait for my food only to have it never come out. When a coworker finally came out with food for someone else, I inquired about mine. She returned with a pencil and paper, claiming their systems were down and that she would inform the manager. I decided to go inside where I found the manager, who seemed indifferent to my missing order. After some time, the manager finally acknowledged the mistake and retrieved my food. It was clear that the systems were working, and the manager had falsely claimed they were down. The assistant manager ultimately helped me and showed the staff how to handle a customer's complaint with respect. It is clear that the current general manager, Tyler, is not fit for the role.

I noticed a significant improvement when I visited last month - they even offer almond milk for coffee, a rare find that I usually only see at the Conroe store on Highway 105. The experience was like admiring a beautiful watch.
