Requested a refund and was called a liar because someone in a red hoodie got it. Won't order from here again

Finally, a girl claiming to be from the kitchen t... read more On April 13, 2022, I arrived at the restaurant with 3 employees present, but none of them would take my order. Finally, a girl claiming to be from the kitchen took my order for a large caramel coffee. After waiting for a long time, I was informed that they had made an iced coffee instead and gave me a smaller cup. When I mentioned that I had ordered a large caramel coffee, they brought me a big mug with caramel in it. The restaurant seemed to be understaffed and lacking in customer service.

One... read more I don’t know if I have bad luck or this location is just absolutely terrible. Every single time I’ve been through the drive through, there’s been an issue. One time they asked me to pull into the drive through parking spot, I sat there for 25 min. Went inside and they said they thought I left. MY CAR WAS THERE IN PLAIN VIEW THE WHOLE TIME. They told me that I didn’t pay and I had to literally show them on my bank app that I paid. They offered me a single cookie for my trouble. I get back home and there are multiple items missing. Today I went, got back home and they were missing a whole sandwich. This location is trash. If I ever come back I will be holding up the drive through line checking every single item since they can’t seem to do their jobs right.

I noticed a significant improvement when I visited la... read more Ever since the new manager took charge, the restaurant now offers ample seating for dining in or take out. I noticed a significant improvement when I visited last month - they even offer almond milk for coffee, a rare find that I usually only see at the Conroe store on Highway 105. The experience was like admiring a beautiful watch.
