Off The Hook Seafood
Description
At this vibrant coastal eatery, diners have experienced a mix of delight and disappointment. While some rave about the mouthwatering roasted red fish with bourbon bacon jam and fresh oysters, others lament overly spicy and salty dishes, insufficient service, and questionable management practices. The welcoming staff received praise, especially during meals featuring delicious crawfish and kid-friendly shrimp options. However, inconsistent food quality, like overcooked items and rushed service before closing, has prompted some patrons to rethink their visits. Ultimately, this restaurant presents both enticing cuisine and areas needing improvement, leaving potential guests with mixed feelings about dining there.

I came in ordered. While waiting for food I decided to look t reviews and I was suspicious! Plenty of food came on my plate, lots of flavor. Could use a little more spicy but I like spicy thing. Great customer service and cool cool. We ordered 1/2 pound of jumbo shrimp 1 fried catfish and fried shrimp basket. Corn and sausage. Highly recommend
Such a good place! We had amazing crawfish, fish and shrimp platter and complimentary dessert that was made in house!! We had an awesome server as well! Will be back for sure!
Went last Friday for the first time and WILL NOT be back. Food was all horrible. So bad that we left hungry after spending $50.00. We had a sweet waitress who explained that they had a new cook. Everything including appetizer and our meals were way over cooked. TOTAL WASTE IF MONEY!
We drove down from DFW with the intention of stopping at this restaurant for lunch. We arrived around 12:30, but unfortunately, the place was not open despite being scheduled to open at noon. We called but it went to voicemail. Disappointing experience, we decided to eat elsewhere.
