The burgers are amazing; I truly believe they are the best in the area. The food overall is excellent! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that their drink options are off-brand. The food quality is high, and I would much rather have a premium drink like Coke or Dr Pepper. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this restaurant to others. View all feedback.

Great burgers! The chocolate shake was amazing....VERY chocolate-y! The Cajun fries were good. My husband says the mushroom burger was awesome. I had the Bacon burger. Everything was delicious.
Excellent food people and service
Stopped by Jax on our way to a concert in The Woodlands with my girlfriend and was thoroughly impressed. The service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. We shared a side of Cajun fries and ordered the bacon cheeseburger and patty melt (pictured below). The patty melt was outstanding—possibly the best I’ve ever had. I also tried her burger, which was equally delicious. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right. We will definitely be back whenever we're in the area.

I've always been a fan of Jax restaurants, no matter the location, because of their food. However, I won't be returning to this particular location and hope your experience is better if you choose to visit. When we arrived at 7:30 PM, the cashier greeted us rudely, rolling her eyes as we placed our order. It was obvious she was eager to close by 8 PM. Despite my politeness and thanking her, she didn’t acknowledge me at all. When she brought out our food, she accidentally dropped my burger and took a moment to address it before fixing the situation. I ended up having to get the food myself and bring it to our table. Although the food itself was good, the service was definitely lacking. The shakes were also a bit disappointing, possibly because the ice cream was too hard. Overall, while I had no major issues with the food, I do hope the service improves for future customers.

I really like this restaurant. If you're looking for a fancy, 5-star dining experience, you might be let down. It's more of a casual burger spot, and it excels in that aspect! The burgers can be a little greasy, but they are packed with flavor. I particularly enjoy the garlic parmesan fries. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. I’ve seen them cleaning the tables, and the bathrooms were tidy during both of my visits. This place is fantastic, and I will definitely be coming back.

I went to this cozy burger joint after a colleague recommended it, and it certainly lived up to the hype. The cheeseburger and onion rings were incredibly tasty. I'm definitely planning to come back. Update: I've been back about five or six times since my first visit, and I've enjoyed every burger and fry combination I've tried. They are always well-prepared and delicious.
They make a great burger. Impressive food and service. They offer, shakes, Cajun fries, regular fries, onion rings and wings.
I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. My wife and I visited on a Thursday afternoon and had an exceptional experience with both the burgers and the service. We both ordered the Baja Burger and the Avocado Swiss, which were among the best burgers we've had in years. The patties were juicy, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the buns were nicely toasted. The Cajun fries were good but slightly overcooked. However, when we returned on Saturday, the burgers were disappointing. The meat lacked flavor, the buns weren't warm, and the cheese wasn't melted. Additionally, the onion rings were a letdown, seeming to be frozen and of low quality. The inconsistency in the food quality between our two visits is why I’m rating this restaurant three stars. If they can achieve consistency, they could truly have the best burgers in Spring.

I went to this place with a group of employees. It was a good time and the food was good. I had the Baja Burger and would definitely have it again! I also have simple fries and they were fantastic. I love frits and can fully recognize when fries are big, good or good. That was great! I'd go back, just for the Pommes! My staff got the Cajun Grilled Chicken Sandwich and they said it was delicious, just fat. It looked great! The prices were a bit high. Drinking for my order of fries, burgers and wells, it was $17. Overall, I'd be back. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was overall clean. However, the selection of drinks was lacking.
Love the chili cheeseries. Burger was good, but could use a little more seasoning. Vanilla Shake was delicious. Service was amazing. The ladies at the counter were polite and we had a few people checking us to make sure everything was good. It was also a fast service.
Excellent burgers, fries, and onion rings. Have yet to try the other options. Limited menu, offer chicken options. Friendly staff. Very homelike, mom and pop feel. Just wish there was more parking and A/C was a bit colder to feel more accomodating
If I say big burgers... I mean GREAT BURGERS. Cajun-Fries are the truth! And the shakes they make are real shakes not chocolate milk. Great customer service and also directly to the conclusion. Great search from 45 towards Dallas. Thank you.
