I had never tried a Serrano chili before, and it caught me off guard. I didn't pay much attention to the description, but I was intrigued by the idea of a chicken fajita omelette. I took a bite of the Serrano thinking it was a Jalapeño (which I can usually handle), and it was quite a shock. I want to give it another try because the experience was something new for me.
