I didn't pay much attention to the description, but I was intrigued by the idea of a chicken fajita omelette. I took a bite of the Serrano thinking it was a Jalapeño (which I can usually handle), and it was quite a shock. I want to give it another try because the experience was something new for me. The service was as good as it could be, although they could use more staff as there was only one cook. The server did their best to manage the entire restaurant on their own, and they did a great job of maintaining a good balance.

Many customers who come for take-out have to wait, but I arrived in the morning and waited about 15 minutes for a table. After waiting another 5 minutes for a waitress, she was very apologetic, but we reassured her that we understood and not to worry. The food arrived promptly. I ordered pancakes with eggs, and they were delicious! The food was served at the perfect temperature and my daughter and I savored every bite.

I tried eggs benedict with bourbon bacon jam for the first time and they were both surprisingly delicious. I highly recommend it. My girlfriend enjoyed the spinach and mushroom omelette. It's a fantastic way to kick off the day!
